H.Y.P.E (Helping Young People Excel) is an outreach ministry of GracePointe Community Church of Gwinnett which addresses the point of needs of at- risk youths. We create Bible based lessons to deal with current and personal issues that are relevant to the challenges of today’s society. We provide a platform to allow them to dialogue and connect with each other. We utilize the Performing Arts like dance, mime, drama, illustrated and liturgical dance, rap and music as a mean to reach and empower them to live victorious lives.
A few of our creative programs include: Praise and Stomp Team, Choir, Drama, Dance, Poetry, Spoken Word and Sports. In addition to these programs, academic assistance and one-on-one meetings are scheduled with individual students or outreaches may be done in groups in an effort to meet our youths' individual needs.
